Daily Eats: February 14

Breakfast:

  • 12 oz. coffee + ¼ C milk + ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Peanut butter & banana oatmeal

Lunch:

  • ½ whole wheat pita stuffed with tuna, broccoli, apples, cheddar, mustard, & Greek yogurt
  • Carrots

Dinner:

  • Bareburger – ½ turkey burger, no bun
  • French fries

Snacks:

  • Chai spiced roasted chickpeas
  • Thai green tea
  • African Autumn herbal red tea
  • Peanuts
  • Honey tangerine
  • Apple slices (½ apple)
  • Peanut butter cupcake
