Daily Eats: February 7

Breakfast:

  • 12 oz. coffee + ¼ C whole milk + ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Banana bread baked oatmeal

Lunch:

  • Lentil soup with Triscuit Minis (Did you know these existed? Neither did I until two days ago and now I am obsessed. Best soup/salad topper ever!)

Dinner:

  • Scrambled egg with broccoli, salsa, & cheese on ½ whole wheat pita

Snacks:

  • Mashed sweet potato
  • ½ apple (it was huge!)
  • ½ whole wheat pita
  • Thai green tea
  • African Autumn herbal red tea
