Daily Eats: February 5

Breakfast:

  • 12 oz. coffee + ¼ C whole milk
  • Banana bread baked oatmeal

Lunch:

  • Scrambled egg with cheese & avocado on whole grain toast

Dinner/Snacks:

  • For dinner, I snacked my way through the Superbowl. This included, pizza, cupcakes, empanadas, peanut butter cookie dough dip with apples and celery, coffee, etc. More to come on this in a bit.
