Daily Eats: February 3

Breakfast:

  • 12 oz. coffee + ¼ C 1% milk + ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Pumpkin pie baked oatmeal

Lunch:

  • Cheesey curry quiona casserole

Dinner (a.k.a. “Brinner”):

  • Scrambled egg whites with cheese & salsa on whole grain toast

Snacks:

  • ¼ C cottage cheese + ½ C raspberries
  • Grapes
  • Cinnamon sweet potato chips
  • Cukes & carrots
  • Thai green tea
  • African Autumn herbal red tea
  • Almond butter pumpkin bar (Yet another attempt to get rid of my pumpkin. Pretty soon I will start turning orange.)
