Daily Eats: February 2

Breakfast:

  • 12 oz. coffee + ¼ C 1% milk + ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Pumpkin pie baked oatmeal

Lunch:

  • Tuna, guac, & cheddar cheese on three grain bread

Dinner:

  • Scrambled egg with sausage, broccoli, cheddar cheese, & marinara sauce

Snacks:

  • ¼ C cottage cheese + ½ C raspberries
  • Fruit salad
  • Cukes & carrots
