Daily Eats: January 15

Breakfast:

  • Whole wheat sourdough toast topped with a scrambled egg and .5 oz. havarti dill cheese
  • 8 oz. coffee + ½ C 2% milk

Lunch:

  • Spinach & egg omelet (at Coco Roco)
  • 6 oz. decaf coffee

Dinner:

  • Tuna melt (whole wheat sourdough + tuna made with Greek yogurt + apple + Havarti cheese)

Snacks:

  • Ginger tea
  • ¼ C mango
  • Whole wheat sourdough toast with 1 tbsp. raspberry/pomegranate 100% fruit spread
