Daily Eats: January 13

Apparently I forgot to hit “publish” when I finished this entry. A bit out of order, but better late than never.

Breakfast:

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp. salsa
  • 1 C spinach
  • 12 oz. coffee + ¼ C 2% milk + ½ tsp. cinnamon

Lunch:

  • Smoked salmon tartine (@ Le Pain Quotidien)

Dinner:

  • ½ serving (57 g) 100% whole grain sprouted pasta
  • ¾ C Brussels sprouts
  •  2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. butter

Snacks:

  • ¼ C muesli + ½ C 2% milk
  • ½ C sliced mango
  • Green tea
