Daily Eats: January 14

Breakfast:

  • Whole wheat sourdough french toast topped with a pan-fried banana
  • 8 oz. coffee + ½ C 2% milk

Lunch:

  • Tuna melt (whole wheat sourdough + tuna made with Greek yogurt + apple + Havarti cheese)

Dinner:

  • ½ C Brussels sprouts
  • ¼ C roasted chestnuts
  • 2 tbsp. walnuts

Snacks:

  • Popcorn
  • Left-over french toast with raspberry/pomegranate 100% fruit spread
