Daily Eats: January 10

Breakfast:

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp. salsa
  • 1 C spinach
  • 12 oz. coffee + ¼ C 2% milk + ½ tsp. cinnamon

Lunch:

  • 3 C sautéed spinach
  • 2 oz. tuna (canned in olive oil)
  • ½ C apple, cranberry, and fennel sauerkraut

Dinner:

  • ½ serving (57 g) 100% whole grain sprouted pasta
  • ¾ C Brussels sprouts
  •  2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. butter

Snacks:

  • Green tea
  • Unsweetened applesauce
  • 6 oz. Greek yogurt + 1 tbsp. shredded coconut + ½ C blueberries
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla + 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • ¾ C 2% milk
