Daily Eats: January 9

Breakfast:

  • 6 oz. Greek yogurt + ½ C blueberries + 2 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 12 oz. coffee + ¼ C 2% milk +½ tsp. cinnamon

Lunch:

  • 1 C black bean vegetable soup
  • 1 whole wheat biscuit

Dinner:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 3 C sautéed spinach
  • 1/2 chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp. Greek yogurt

Snacks:

  • Green tea
  • 1 medium apple
  • ¼ C muesli + ½ C 2% milk
  • Ginger tea
  • 8 oz. decaf coffee w/ skim milk
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
