Daily Eats: January 8

Breakfast:

  • 6 oz. Greek yogurt + ¼ C pomegranate arils + 2 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 12 oz. coffee + ¼ C 2% milk +½ tsp. cinnamon

Lunch:

  • Salad (arugula, cranberries, walnuts, apples, pears, bleu cheese)

Dinner:

  • 1 C spaghetti squash + cilantro + toasted hazelnuts + Parmesan cheese

Snacks:

  • 8 oz. English breakfast tea
  • 1 serving banana pancakes
  • 1 homemade tortilla
