Daily Eats: January 6

Breakfast:

  • 6 oz. Greek yogurt + ¼ C pomegranate arils + 2 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 12 oz. coffee + ¼ C 2% milk +½ tsp. cinnamon

Lunch:

  • 1 C black bean vegetable soup

Dinner:

  • 1 C green beans + ½ tsp. olive oil + 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 sweet potato + 1.5 tbsp. chopped walnuts + 1 tbsp. butter + 1 tbsp. shredded coconut + ½ tsp. cinnamon

Snacks:

  • ¼ C muesli + ½ C 2% milk
  • ½ C 2% milk
